Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, through our clinic, or by phone.

To secure a slot, clients may be asked to pay a reservation or consultation fee, which is non-refundable but may be applied to your treatment on the same day.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling to accommodate other patients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit any paid reservation fee.

Renewplus reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service in cases of emergencies, technical issues, or staff unavailability.

Refunds or exchanges will only be granted for proven service or product defects, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

Promotional offers and discounts are valid only within the stated period and cannot be combined with other promos unless specified.
